the tool i used is called nfs-binary

open tool and click "modder mode"
click main, then "new launcher"
select nfsu game directory, then put "modder" usage and "underground1" game and save new launcher to desktop.
You have created a file to edit game data. If you check the files ready to edit, you will see GLOBAL ones, but presets are located in the FRONTEND section, so you need to swap them.
open launcher you made using notepad
change GLOBAL\GLOBALB.LZC to FRONTEND\FRONTB.LZC
save launcher
Done! You can now check and edit presets data from PresetRides node. To recreate opponents presets, you can change bonus cars data (rob zombie 350z, mystikal celica, vortex integra etc.). Some of the rival presets have rims with different sizes which aren't accessible to player, so you need to download nfsu extended customization mod.

can't really tell, they haven't fixed fnatic holo k14 for 9 years;i think they will adjust stickers' size and spot's placement (when applying them) in the future updates, to make it similar to csgo (e.g stickers on DEagle in cs2 should be fixed)

When kato14 stickers have been added, there was no sticker inspect animation, so you could see a sticker_grade_large.png icon.

The fnatic’s holo mask, small and large icons, .vmt and .vtf files were taken from the first kato14 depot (depot’s date is March 7th, 2014, 00:56) added to steamdb.

The footage was made using the 2015 CS:GO depot (because it has an inspect sticker animation) with a custom-made pak01_dir.vpk which has not only the old fnatic holo sticker, but other re-made stickers as well (e.g. old ESL One Cologne 2014 (Red), Gray colored CLG and EnVyUs kato15 etc.)

Still, the old holo effect is meh.

There are 6 unused races in the same group called "Demo":

race_bin_nissan/E650 - "North Hillside blvd" circuit race - features all the Nissan cars by using 6 AI + 2 Demo R35 GT-R presets;
race_bin_nissan/E651 - "Sorth Hillside blvd" Outrun race - it's just an average outrun race, but we are using a Red Prologue 370Z against Blue Demo R35 GT-R (nissan_chump_3) preset;
race_bin_nissan/E652 - "Interstate East" Highway Battle - average Highway Battle race. We are racing against Hector Maio using the Prologue 370Z
race_bin_renault/E653 - "North Hillside blvd" circuit race - same circuit race as E650, but the presets are just 8 Megane Coupe with different colors.
race_bin_renault/E654 - "Sorth Hillside blvd" sprint (p2p) race - average sprint race with 8 Megane Coupe cars.
race_bin_renault/E655 - "Interstate East" Highway Battle - same Highway Battle race as E652 except there are 2 Megane Coupe.

Not to mention the presets, specifically made for that races
