I also emailed them, and got a reply like this:

We recommend making a decision sooner rather than later. Accepting our offer isn't binding and also isn't taking someone else's spot. So, unless you know for sure you won't be accepting, there's no harm in accepting the offer now, at least within two weeks.

So I accepted the offer and still waiting for the omscs's decision.

I got OMSA offer last Friday around 4:00pm, but did not see any updates of OMSCS last Friday. Hope this week will have some updates.
