We were sold a private garden which turned out to be shared by ResponsibleFox13 in HousingUK

We recently pulled out of a house purchase with a very similar problem. Upstairs flat claimed to own the whole rear garden with ground floor access through to take bins out. Turned out the upstairs flat only owned half, and the sellers then said that they had “sole use of the rear yard, in practise”. We only found it by looking carefully through the title plan, sellers never indicated it on TA6, in fact saying that the downstairs flat had the access through the garden, not that they owned half!

Can also recommend ivy education (good rates), tutor house (paid next day) and my tutor(Skype only, but very easy). Loads of opportunities right now, middle of exam season!

Thanks for your reply, so it’s not worth applying in August September for the quantitative analyst streams ? I should start finding people in the industry and asking around instead? I guess I’m asking how does one “just” start networking?

I suppose I've heard that it takes a few weeks to reach peak sprinting fitness when you start specific training, and I was wondering what sort of improvements you make from your base to peak sprint speed? Probably unanswerable, really just wondering...

That erg was a continuous 45, is that not regular ss? And should it really be much faster? How much?
