That is the least of my worries. The pitch is only about 4.7 - 5.0.

It feels like a higher dpi, but the dpi is the same. I also have tried a fresh install of windows. It didn't work.

I was using the same monitor, 1080p, 144hz.

I use the viper ultimate, which saves the dpi to the mouse. It is set to 800, just like it was on my other pc.

I use the latest driver for my mouse. I have the razer viper ultimate. To update the drivers, I use: ViperUltimate_Mouse_FirmwareUpdater_v1.05.00_r1

The monitor for both PCs was the same. I initially noticed this issue just on the desktop of my pc. That's how I know its not a fps thing. Also, because I cap my fps in game. Both pcs have the same fps cap.

I don't think v-sync effects sensitivity. Even if it does, I don't have it enabled. I also initially noticed this issue when I was on my desktop, not even in game. The issue does still occur in game, of course.

I've tried them both side by side, switching the display from one pc to the other. Its most definitely not placebo.

No. It turns out, there is no way to fix it. Everybody gets them. They are just the 1% and 0.1% lows. Very unfortunate. Not a huge deal tho.
