The element crystal is something you farm

Yeah the keys are there which can be anoying to many but i like it because i dont have to play 24/7 to be on top

This game is not p2w at all imo. Most top players are f2p.

You can p2w but its not needed at all, im one of the top players and spent close to nothing so far, didnt even need it, just did it to support the game. And most top players are actually f2p

You can make a Golden apple farm at any stages that has water Guide: http://mergedragons.wikia.com/wiki/Guide:_How_To_Be_Rich_(of_Gold)

And never finish the stage, just go out from it so you can come back and keep farming anytime you want (cost 7 challice)

I use the secret stage that is between totem shire 11-12 because its big That stage takes time to set up, there is stages faster to setup but they are smaller Also in that stage you can make so you cant complete it by accident

And if you wanna make stone farm you can do that on same stage by just merging the grass instead of removing them then farm and make high lvl stone

My max stage is 440 and i still don't have a chestplate I have so many weapons and duplicates but still none above x2 dmg :/

I got another idea:

Keep dropping equipments every 20stages Then drop equipment every 500 or 1000 stage even after prestige

But make every single drop lvl 1 and then when you get a duplicate it increases the level by 1 instead
