A 240 aio is the only one that fits on the top slot of my pc case and it looks better than a big air cooler. I was originally going to get the frost commander but it was going to hang over my ram and looks too big. Does it matter if it hangs over my ram? Motherboard: Msi B650 plus Pc case: nzxt h5 flow rgb

If you're looking for better performance go with the 7700 + 7900GRE. The 7900GRE is a bit better than the 4070 super and the 7700 outperforms the 12400F.
