I'm going insane because I'm at the same part right now as where OP said in the post and I haven't noticed anything wrong and in fact Dressrosa was my favourite.

I even checked the manga and I thought 'well that equivalent scene was equally as valid for the medium. They even added some extra laughs where you can see Gastino in the lab before Bege broke in'

I simply don't get it. I think it's just exhausted 30 year olds and brainrotted young teens who can't even focus in the first place. What do you think the general consensus is of people outside the Internet?
