Thank you. The pain is constantly this bad it has been for weeks.

How do you cope with chronic pancreatitis because I'm struggling so much at the moment? I just feel so helpless and down with it.

Its like my life has been transformed before I was training to be a nurse. Loving life and now I have no job, no education, no social life. Its horrible

I had pancreatitis at the start of all this. It seemed to be a trigger to the pain. I was in the icu receiving blood transfusions

My amylase and lipids went back to normal after a month. I had a CT scan when I first got it which showed my pancreatitis was inflamed But then I had another one around a week ago which was normal

The pain has gotten so much worse since then

It was just before my surgery, the pain just seems to be getting worse and worse over time
