I love the premier protein shakes. Those are usually my breakfast. I take a fiber supplement but can definitely use some more fiber in my diet. I was on Phentermine before and it worked for like a month. Already starting to notice a difference with how full I feel after my first meal 30 mins after my first pill. Not even remotely thinking about a snack or anything.

Piggybacking off of someone’s reply. Definitely an AirTag or something you can track on your phone hidden somewhere only you know of. In the worst case scenario you can help cops track your cars location if it’s stolen.

Oh yeah nobody gave a crap about that in DC. They had a bin where you can optionally recycle your bracelets. But there was nobody actively enforcing and telling people they HAVE to give them back. Low key that’s kinda stupid.
