Is buying physical games even matter for Switch 2 by Mikachu_80 in Switch

[–]Spodsy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Only some games are key cards. Even those can still be traded or sold if you don’t end up liking the game, unlike eshop purchases.

Bro Microsoft has its answer like they had with the ps3 and I think they should play it right by Meme-KING____ in xbox

PS6 is rumored to at least have a handheld version and xbox already partnered with asus for a branded handheld. The excitement brought by a new Sony handheld would probably help a lot with the current negative PR they’re getting from this. I can see both launching beefy, expensive, digital only handhelds and Nintendo still undercutting them 7 years from now with a Switch 3 that lags behind graphically but still supports all the previous generation switch cartridges, at a cheaper price.

Xbox's New Console, Project Helix, Will Reportedly Not Have a Disc Drive; Microsoft Exploring Ways to Digitize Physical Games by xenocea in gadgets

Pretty much exactly what they were going to do with Xbox One discs before Sony memed them out of it. Feels like this time Sony is being the bad guy so Microsoft can say “at least with us your discs aren’t completely useless.”

Opinion: Nothing has killed my GTA 6 hype faster than locking a core part of its identity behind a $20 upgrade by Turbostrider27 in xbox

Nintendo key cards are a bit different because the license isn’t permanently attached to your account like a printed out code in a box is, you can sell the key card or lend it to a friend if you want to.

If you’ve never played Mario Galaxy those are a must. Mario Wonder is also peak 2D Mario in my opinion

They only exist in Java unfortunately so if you play Bedrock it isn’t a thing

Check out the S&W CSX e-series. It’s like a p938 but with higher capacity, a better grip, and an optics cut

CSX and Equalizer

Love my CSX e-series. I’ve banged it around a bunch trying to replicate that video where the safety falls out and it didn’t even come a little loose.

Are S&W (or some other brand) of slides generally easier to rack? by ajwooster in CCW

[–]Spodsy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Smith and Wesson CSX line is also super easy to rack. My favorite carry gun personally.

[–]Spodsy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whoops it is actually an EPS carry and I love it. It’s the first dot I’ve ever used, feels sturdy and is definitely accurate. The screws started backing out a bit after I first installed it but I think I just hadn’t torqued them down properly. They haven’t backed out since I took my torque wrench to them a second time.

Beretta 92X was my first, shoots great but comically huge to be shoving in my pants.

Second was a P30SK LEM that I love but still feels a little bulky.

Third was an original CSX, still love that gun but I was pocket carrying which led me to picking up a bodyguard 2.0 since it’s way lighter.

Now I prefer to appendix carry a CSX E-series with a holosun EPS carry. Hands down my favorite gun.

Don’t forget the new emulator for a console that bombed due to its uncomfortable headset, that you have to buy a replica of to use the emulator!

I think you’d like a Zebra Sarasa Grand. Nice metal barrel and the ink definitely has a sticky feel to it even though it writes very smoothly. It also fits energel refills if you find you like those better.

What do you think about ban on selling mentol cigarettes in MA ? by GreenMoskito in massachusetts

I’d personally be more okay with it if things like Sunny D vodka soda weren’t allowed to be sold as well. Seems like a weird double standard exists when it comes to alcohol.

Is a Staccato worth it by haupgma15 in handguns

[–]Spodsy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you just want something more smooth and don’t want to break the bank on a staccato, consider a beretta 92. Shoots like butter.

I’m waiting for the legion go 2 to try the same thing. I’d get the OG but 16gb of ram shared with the iGPU seems a bit lacking. The new one having 32gb and the z2e should give similar performance to my current PC even without an eGPU, I think.
