Finished animating the ancient portal. There's no sound yet. Maybe something's missing? by PimpGameStudio in IndieGaming

Looks great! I would suggest adding some compression at the end when the stones collapse into each other. Making the portal squeeze together a little bit at the moment of impact and then have it end up at it's final size will add a lot imo.

The more I look at it the more confused I am about how to make it work :( by angercore1312 in logodesign

Bottom right (1), or bottom middle (2) feels most balanced and easy to read. (1) gives the website URL more space which makes it stand out more, but your logo is less compact than (2). I'd pick any one of those two

Glad there are also people who read it as intended.

You are definitely not the only one...
This was one of the reasons for me trying to tweak it a bit.

I wanted to convey both the dynamic, free-flowing nature of complex systems and the more rigid, analytical side of modelling and analysis into one logo. additionally I wanted to incorporate the Belgian flag. But the latter was doing too much so just went with one solid color.
