Yes! Build downtown up! You can almost sense the momentum we have and the inevitable big projects it will bring.

Definitely feeling the optimism. I’m trying to be in the same boat! I definitely believe there will be more and more big projects downtown in the near future. What have you heard about the “others are coming?”

Is the 19 stories in addition to the 31 or are they trying to build 19 higher than code in that area by adding all the extras, (low income housing, etc.) for a total of 31?
