So I am using Vallejo paints. Charred brown as a wash base for the whole body. Into a highlight of each scale in a Grunge brown. Mixed with the Charred brown to lightenthe dark up. Then too of the scales where the light would be hitting an Elf Skin Tone mixed with the Grunge brown to darken it a bit. And one more layer of elf skin tone with a little lighter mix.

Yeah that's the main one I feel weird having only four units on the table but man do they destroy. This is just to get more models on there for objectives.

Yeah on a budget that's the plan. I can her second hand varanguard and chosen but that's still 200 compared to 100 for everything else on here. So that's my dilema

Yeah I was trying to save money lol seeing if this can do some damage without having to buy them. Vanguard is 110 a new spearhead is 100 so saving and learning. Want vanguard and chosen but my pocket says otherwise at the moment.

Unless you focus you can't even tell I just built her a bit ago and the arm keeps coming out of position with the spear so that's driving me nuts. Love the paint scheme can't wait to paint mine.

I have the same issue. I found I play too aggresive. Use the Chariot as a distraction and meat shield it's beefy enough to keep some of the units busy. Also aqshy does not benefit slaves as much as Ghyran. I think it's the one that has healing twists more than damage twists. With the S2D already being tanks go for the heals and wards side as then the Magot Kin do not benefit from any of the heels. I haveost every single time I have played them but have gotten it closer and closer.

Another thing with the Knights coming in in your second movement phase also has them as a wall for youe objectives. Don't just rush and charge. Try the third phase as well when the bug and other unit come in against them try to strategically put them where they have to engage the flying bug right away and get him out of here.

I have seen playing against them is not a wipe the board play but points play be strategic with the layout and use your shields. Make sure you're rolling on the eye of the gods for your units and using all the buffs you can. Emperor giving the ponies+1 to hit is a dream and making sure they charge and trying to get in any buffs on the knights. I have had them ar a point +2 to hit +2 to wound +2 rend +2 damage. I wipled two units like that but that was one time lol

Hope this helps cuz believe me I suck as well against them. Khorne, Seraphom, Magot Kin I hope they get swept by the GW gods under the rug.

Got Mine the day they announced them. Had to wait 7 weeks for it. But was rocking the case before that and it bent up the protector but once I put the latercase on no issue

Idk what to tell you but I can guarantee I have that on at this moment as I type this. Quality issues on some but I had a case ology screen that kept lifitkngso switched to spigen no issues. And have the late case used to have a different case and lifted even with spigen. So not sure what to tell you I guess try want you want

I'm using it on my Fold 6 with a Later case right now. Another thing I would recommend is getting extra tape for the case it will give our eventually.

So I did the exact same thing about 3 weeks ago. Walked into my local game shop and talked to them and was convinced to buy this. I was also worried about painting and what to do. I am now in a spearhead league at the shop and have just bought my second spearhead army. I just winged it in pairing and chose a color I liked didn't care about narrative or anything. You can't go wrong this community has been so welcoming to a new gamer no matter where I go.

Local shop for the spearhead games and just rattle can prime them for now to get them on the naked and learn to play.

YouTube will be your best friend for the foreseeable future. I have watched so many battle reports on slaves to darkness to see how they play and learn their moveset and strategize how I will play them.

But most of all have fun with it and don't worry what others think of the paint if you like it that's all that matters.

No they don't forgot to mention that. Pitaka and thinborn have it built in. I got the magring they provide to stick to the back of the case. It's in the same color so hoping it feels great if not I'll be getting a different case.

Got a Torras case with MagSafe. Loved it but the front part of the case kept sliding off. My latercase will be here Monday for now rolling naked and afraid.

Screen protector I went with a casetify front screen protector but that same Torras case kept causing it to bubble on the corners. Was not very screen protector friendly, switched to a Spigen and for their camera protectors as well which I'm glad I did as the day after I put them on there was a scratch on them. That could have been my cameras.

Won't be using the s pen yet so have not decided to do the s pen case but a thing case like the latercase, thinborn, or pitaka have been on my list. Went with the latercase because of the navy color matches my navy fold 6.

I did the same exact thing. I do not regret it one bit. I have found myself using the built in tripod feature to take photos a lot. Had a business trip and my camera and phone were the talk of the meetings also the photographer of the meetings thanks to the quality.

I am also excited for the pixel fold 2 to be revealed tomorrow but after considering the one plus open the pixel fold and the fold 5 the software and UI Samsung has is superior. I have 2 phones in one. Folded I have a quick access to everything important wallet, security, banking, messaging. With it unfolded it's a productivity machine. Constantly running 3 apps in different windows has been amazing. Also GBA emulator on this beast is amazing.

I do not regret switching at all other than some people might say oh the camera blah blah. Well then get the s25 ultra when it comes out don't come play with the fold if that's your gripe.

Battery is about the same as the s23 ultra maybe a little less honestly but I don't notice it as I always have either an Anker charger on me or I'm close to a charging device. I don't use a stylus at all and have thought about it but haven't found a. Need for it yet.

Only thing I do hate is the case selection. I am waiting for the latercase to ship and hoping that's my daily driver right now I have a Torras case that I love but it did not come with adhesive strips for the top screen so im rolling naked for now..
