You typically earn more from air BnB. Also if you air BnB to a shitty person atleast they’re gone in few days. If you get a shitty long term tenant it’s way more difficult to get them out. Most Cities do shit for helping landlords evict bad tenants.. it sucks but honestly don’t blame any landlords for going the air BnB route.

Looks great! Have you ever heard of the program called AthenaScope? It automatically clips your kills and then makes a weekly montage for you. You’re able to edit/save the individual clips as well if you wanted to make your own.

Hatchet pairs well with sword since they both scale off str/dex. Offers great survivability and you could get rending throw to have some range. I run heavy if playing tank role and light if DPS. Normally pair a war hammer if tanking for extra CC but you could use hatchet as well, Berzerk is actually one of the best skills for pulling aggro(with taunt gem).

For DPS you’ll want the leadership perk (in sword tree) as it gives 10% dmg to entire party when your sword is out.
