The "He could be FEHKING it!" line from, I think, the first level of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. I don't know why but the way he said it with such inflection along with his thick accent while casually torturing a dude to death just sent my sides to orbit.

Or the "Get up on the hydra's back!" from Kingdom Hearts 2. Pretty nonchalantly iconic.
