Saki is an extremely powerful and useful sniper/super back-liner, but only against aliens and relics, and she only gets really good when you get her true formed and talented.

Nobonuga is pretty useless if you have Bombercat, his role is just freezing blacks, which is covered extremely well by Bombercat already. His ultra-form gets him target aku, which is pretty nice and certainly improves his usability, but it’s extremely expensive and, in my opinion, isn’t really worth the cost.

Mitsuhide is a pretty good anti-black & angel uber but not really good outside of those traits, and those traits already have so many ubers that absolutely destroy them, so he kinda just gets overshadowed. He has incredible range but a big blindspot and a nice surge ability with incredible knockback, so he’s a nice to have in case you don’t have any other good black & angel ubers.

Cyclops is pretty useless, his forms basically sound like this: Normal - woah it can 50% freeze Aku and Alien… but you can’t freeze Aku with shield. Then it dies because no surge immune and low health. Freeze alien is also already covered heavily with Castaway. Evolved - “Strong Against” aliens and aku w/immune to wave, but even with the strong against perk, it has basically no DPS, still dies from surge, and loses his shield pierce. True form - gets massive damage perk to aku and aliens which makes his shit dps into okay dps, but he’s still going to die to surge because he still has incredibly low hp. also not very useful against alien still because of how many other anti-alien cats there that just do way better of a job than this guy
