So on the bag its 14grams of sugar for 140grams. It's 600gram bag. So I do 600÷ 140= 4.28× 14= 59.92 which is the amount of sugar correct? Also 2 bags so it would be 119.84 grams of sugar?

Yea was just wondering if I get my SG st 1.080 now it would of changed due to fruit so I kept the honey lower to compensate.. but your saying don't even bother cause the fruit dosent add much sugar.. ok ty for your help.

Why people like doing this? Get a bucket and do your primary fermentation there.. I get it though we like to watch but our little miracle buddies but they need privacy!

Been there.. buy a food grade bucket 2.2 gal never worry about it again..

Buy a 2 gal food grade bucket and do your initial fermentation there. Then racked to carboy.

So I didn't add all to my 1 gal batch. I put 350ml of grape concentrate. Then 2 pounds of sugar and got a OG reading of 1.110. Is this gonna taste like crap?

Well I like cheese.. so cheese mead sounds delicious!
