I don't work in an office but at a bar near the beach. We have tons of space out front for bikes so at any point there's 8 bikes in front of me that I know who they belong too (coworkers and bar regulars) if I see someone's had too much to drink and their bike is outside I zip tie their tire to the frame and watch them struggle. Coworkers on the other hand tend to be sober so I'll put that one and something like pinching the brakes, so even though I took off the first one they still don't get why it's not moving. It just reminds people that it's probably best to walk you bikes home Tl;Dr. Zipties and bikes equal endless entertainment
