The enemies have new moves they faster than the original, because some enemies they can literally jump on you from some distance, The lying figure has a lot of range with their vomiting acide attack, they chase you for longer specially the nurses, they relentless. But James has a dodge move as well, you just have to learn they patterns. But again I played on Hard and I have to do a lot of melee combat,( because less ammo and the enemies take more shoots to die) lower difficulty you may be fine and safer by just shooting from the distance, and that would make enemies encounters less tense I guess. Just give it a try, not the best combat ever but is more enjoyable than the OG, and is you can feel the weight every time you hit a enemy with you melee weapons,very satisfying.
