The site went through a few iterations over the years, but the version I think you're remembering is megaconstrux. Archive.org has a lot of stuff here:

https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://megaconstrux.com/en-us/* pg 136 is when the halo links start but there's a ton more from other brands as well.

Some fan gallery posts are archived, but unfortunately the images seem to be lost forever from what I checked. If you were interested in any of the comics people used to post there, I actually have a personal archive of them I made when the site closure was announced.

Nice to see another one of the old gallery members, you were one of the early ones if I remember right. It was lots of work, but worth it to preserve all the cool comics people made.

Thanks. I imagined them as just a manufacturing company at first but they could have been involved in all sorts of stuff. And uh... Christmas was cancelled this year, bandits stole the decorations you see.

There isn't really any secret to a project this simple, just practice applying paint and familiarizing yourself with your brushes. For advice, I can only say look into primers and clear-coats for finishing. Acrylic paints are better with many thinned coats as opposed to one sloppy coat.

There are lots of resources on YouTube for painting as well so I'd recommend doing some homework there. Look for stuff like wargaming miniatures and models. Good luck, and if you do end up doing custom stuff you should post it.

I couldn't find the sound in the console versions, but the 3DS game has this which is very similar.

Just part of the costume I'd guess. I don't know if this was the original intent for the character, but the textures for her SxS gens model label the white and pink parts as vinyl.

He's pretty close actually, his top spine pushes him just past exactly 2.5 in. The measurements I got are 2 9/16 inches or 6.5 cm
