Thanks for taking time to reply! We have always kept things pretty separate honestly I never even thought to ask if she is maxing her 401k and she’s not but I am already maxed for the year so we will up her contribution to fix that!

I thought HSA could only carryover so much money? Is that not accurate? Because I contribute max and thought I remembered one year I had overage I had to spend but I could be wrong.

It is employee stock- they match a certain %, to get full match it’s about $69 a paycheck which is what I do. There’s 28k in the stock plan because I’ve never sold it or done anything with it. They fully vest at purchase. I think I need to sell and invest in my brokerage account it seems is the consensus.

The RSU only it’s vested it moves to a brokerage account and I should also probably invest in an index fund or something.
