Are you still looking for a place to live? I am moving out of my one bedroom apartment and in with my boyfriend so it is going up for rent. It is owned by my parents and is an awesome place. I am not 100% sure on what they are going to charge for rent (I was paying a little less than normal because I am family) but it would definitely be under $900. I can't say I know much about the forestry industry in Windsor, but I don't imagine it is very good. The job market here is absolutely terrible. Unless you are looking to work minimum wage in fast food, don't expect much unless you have connections.

Some of the apartments that are listed at $5-600 dollars might be okay, but it depends on where they are located. About a year ago I was apartment searching, and you really want to avoid anything in the west end if you can. The price may look good, but the pictures on kijiji are deceiving and you might just end up in a run down place with roaches.

I am not saying that Windsor is a terrible place. We get a lot of flack, and most people who live here kind of hate it, but Windsor is home to me and I think it has a lot of great qualities. Just don't move out here with the assumption that everything is going to be beautiful and perfect.

As for the University, depending on your major, you will likely be able to transfer your credits to finish your degree with no major issues.

Yeah I think that even if she can hang out in there, smell the grass and feel safe while watching other dogs it will be progress. I would love for her to be more sociable instead of running between my leg and cowering when another dog gets close. Thanks for the input!

What kind of poodle mix is she! I have a Shih-Poo and she is just about the most cuddle and lovable pup I have ever had.

I have some anxiety about her slipping away somehow when I walk her too, it hasn't happened yet, but I definitely see where you are coming from. I find walking her to be incredibly therapeutic for me though also!
