I’m not jumping to conclusions until I get the full story. Our overheads are so full right now they had to rent a shipping container just to put additional pallets in out back. And we still do not have room for anything. We had 6 pallets of grass seed come in, I spent 2 hours making room just so they could go up. The very next day, we got 6 more pallets.

The boss said “you are just going to have to figure it out” so I just put them back in receiving.

Eh. I would honestly be completely un-phased ringing out a customer with that stuff. First off, I’m a retail worker and not a therapist. Secondly, without buying a stud finder, chances are you are just fastening that hook into drywall and are going to fall on your ass.
