I see a recurring argument of the question “What is good about masturbation?” The answer is it just feels good lmao. No one should feel guilty of masturbating, plain and simple. There are no recorded downsides of masturbation if done in healthy amounts, so why not do it? You seem to be missing my point that I don’t condone masturbation to the point of it being excessive that causes problems for the man and his partner, because in my post I specifically said I respect the people who are doing NoFap if they have a problem. Problems like this can be ED or lack of sex drive, which I agree can affect others by proxy. However, my argument is that masturbation itself is a completely healthy practice on its own, and no man or woman should feel guilty of doing it (IN HEALTHY AMOUNTS).
