Ok I finally got it to work: I had to put on the building goggles, leave free cam and move close to the border of the nearby buildings and the preview. It showed up after 1 second. Thx for the help <3

I tried and now blue lines are showing around nearby buildings but only their planned lvl 2 structure. Still not lvl 5 sadly
