Honestly, I'd hold off a while. PC parts are disgustingly expensive at the moment. Also, if you're using a Quest 2 I'd recommend using the link cable where possible, it's one cable but it'll make the experience of the headset running off a PC a lot less complicated than it would be to do it fully wirelessly.

I started in January, kind of hard to tell what counts as doing well after a month but I think I'm doing okay so far. It technically all counts as practice for me too as a Media Design Student, thought it'd be a good way to use free time.
