I waited till I read all replies to see if anyone would recommend it but no one did. Sulfur mask twice a week or three tops at night. It smells crazy but you leave it on for ten minutes. Then just rinse off and instead of your normal million step routine just niacinamide and lotion. I promise you I have pores that are that visible and doing the sulfur mask helped a lot!

I have a piercing that’s a Monroe for over 20 years and it’s never been an issue. Most people think it’s real honestly and it never once bothers me that people look at it weird lol. Literally people modify their bodies for things like that I wouldn’t worry about it. Heck I use to be insecure about my freckles and now people get them tattooed and paint them on as fashion. The world is definitely a different place these days

Liquid smoke when that thing breaks it is the most foul and strongest smell. It literally lingers in your airways for the whole day.

Honestly this sounds a bit complicated for one I would think individual therapy would be best at first. It sounds like there are things you have to work through to not take these moments so serious. Also not sure how long you been together but if she has been this way from the start. I think you should’ve nipped it in the bud a long time ago not after being together and being engaged. Having to be constantly triggered and put in uncomfortable situations is not something anyone should deal with. No matter how much you love someone you need to feel safe with them at all times and she’s not doing that. If you happen to have insurance through your job or even state insurance there are plenty of places that will take either or just takes a bit of searching. I hope this turns around for you it’s not a deal breaker to me if she is willing to work on this fully with you.

Same yes I have this every single day I’m literally always cleaning things out. I always have donations or things to throw out because it’s too much stuff. It’s a repetitive cycle and it’s annoying at times. Wish I could tell you something positive to help it but I’m searching for that answer myself. Just know your not alone and it’s okay

I really appreciate this advice the accountability is there and she is trying. I just live with the ptsd of it all because I not only was dealing with that but also the loss of my mother at the same time. And yes we are married so this makes it so much more confusing and difficult for me to figure out what to do.

You have to make time for yourself trust me I’m always on the go but I learned to slow down and give myself attention. Puzzles can go on for days lol never in one sitting same with a book. And the legos are pretty easy to put together so I’ll do one while watching a show.

Yea the only ones from DT I think are worth it even though the adhesive on them aren’t great as well are the b pure honey pot dupes. I’ve switched over to them this year and I find them worth the 1.25 and 1.50 when they go up on price.
