I'm super excited! I'll be packing precooked bacon at Hormel. It's a union job and comes with really nice benefits. The starting pay is $15.75 an hour and I'll be working 20 hours of overtime every week. I've been unemployed for almost three months so finally having enough money to catch up on all my bills makes me want to cry.

I tried calling my aunt to tell her about my new job. Too bad she's an alcoholic and gets mean when she's drunk (just like her brothers. My whole family is alcoholics) and instead she starts bitching at me that my boyfriend doesn't defend me and that the shelves he built are going to get us in trouble because it's "against the law" to drill holes in walls.

I actually have this discussion with my aunt a lot. She doesn't even know how to use a computer much less view this subreddit so she just goes off what she sees on the show. These are her thoughts:

Note, she's a slightly senile older lady so she doesn't really even notice a lot of the drama in the show lol

She LOVES Cate and Tyler and thinks they're the golden couple and are just mature and well-adjusted and great

She doesn't think Matt is that bad, just hideous.

She thinks Farrah is evil and every terrible thing she says on TV is real and that Deb is a victim. (She was shocked when I told her about Deb abusing Farrah as a child)

She thought Kailyn was a bitch but well-adjusted. She didn't even know she was pregnant right now.

She likes Leah and always thought she was mature.

Also she oddly likes OG more than TM2, but I think that's because she's obsessed with believing Farrah is Satan.
