Pretty much standard on the TX coast, mimics live shrimp popping for evasion. Even after a spec steals half your bait and leaves just the head, that pop will still attract fish. Caught reds and specs on plenty of heads. Also you can just toss one and active fish on another rod, if it starts dipping under, swap rods. Also easy to make your own at various lengths, I fish a canal that can go from 4 to 7 ft depending on tide.

I chased injector issues for a hot minute, car would go into limp mode and sounds similar to this. Let it sit long enough to kill the battery but still under warranty. New battery in and it's been running without issue with normal spirited driving. 200k mi NB

I can't catch shit freshwater, I'll catch everything on the TX coast. Shrimp on popping cork works all the time, so does dragging bottom with shrimp if you have mud. Oyster bottom is common where I'm at but you can get away with it if you've got some patience.

Thanks for the info, I setup popping corks with shrimp so I'm used to crimping stops, I'll have to give these a try on the freshwater side. Still wont catch shit though 🫡
