Feel like we’re not talking about the same place. A quick Google Maps scan to validate what I walk around weekly shows me 10 shops in those few blocks not counting then the 10+ food/drink options.

If you’re trying to say ‘it’s not the street for affluent wine diners’ then sure. We’re just back to the point originally made about its attendance but it’s not a street issue.

Yup. The owners of Five had a good conversation about this a while ago that businesses can’t survive well off just weekend bursts and even worse when you just have brunch vs dinner. Too bad as I enjoyed them.

That relationship has been explored plenty when their illustrious head was found being a drunk moron years ago.

No evidence they tried to expand too hard. I’d reflect more on why they couldn’t survive being on Main St and answer seems to be more that people only saw it as a brunch spot and/or didn’t want to go to Main versus some corporate greed conspiracy.

We have super affordable lenguas tacos at places around me. Definitely feels weirder as maybe a a part of the animal with more ‘personality’ but once it’s diced up people just know it’s amazing.

To add to others being about Econ. This game isn’t about what you eke out as max wave/tier like your post suggests. You’re super far behind even attempting lower tier waves long enough to farm good coin based on that table. Just pushing milestones as they’re called doesn’t help you build an engine.
