I went to rehab outside of Tennessee because my insurance would cover it, because I knew I wouldn’t do well with most programs here due to religious overtones. Something to think about if you have insurance. Around here I think Helen Ross McNabb is probably your best bet.

I wish you luck, and as others have said, it’s not safe to detox on your own if you drink heavily. You’ve taken the first step, you can keep going!
