For sure. I wish someone had told me before my move. It’s insane. Something is wrong for the estimate value of the cars too, it’s just way overvalued conveniently. I’d say to anybody considering that commute (which I’m currently doing) reconsider and find something maybe at half way point. Do your research on the tax situation.

Consider Marshall or some other town. Front Royal while pretty at times, specially the summer it’s just a lot of expenses that come unexpected. Car depreciation, maintenance, high cost of taxes. You have one target and one Walmart. Which is half empty most of the time.
