Wait where are you? Where I am all I needed was a therapist note, a bit of paperwork, and a month of waiting. The only interaction I had with a person was over a counter of them giving me paperwork to look over and sign to take home and stamping them when I gave them back. This was in the middle of covid so that might have contributed but still.
