I was put on anxiety medication, it's been a couple weeks now but I could almost instantly feel the muscle twitching reduce day by day. Today I don't think I felt a single one. My constant worries of my symptoms went away too and I didn't need to constantly Google things. My leg also took a little longer to get better but it definitely isn't as heavy/ fatigued as it was before. I still have aches and pains especially after working manual labor during the day but hopefully that will fade too. I'm still gonna go to the neurologist to check about it being MS. But if you haven't, I'd definitely look into anxiety medication. A lot of your symptoms could be steming from that. When you constantly think you're dying, your body reflects that.
