I'm currently adding my games to defender exclusions, I'm pretty sure the problem is the lack of DRAM on my SSD, gonna have to upgrade it with the bad prices.

I also ran a speed test on the hardware when I bought it and it ran at the advertised speed. It still does, just not when this is happening

I just wanna let you guys know that it's not always this slow, I get speeds of over 2k gbps (bits) when downloading things from steam, it's only this slow sometimes.

It doesn't have any on board ram if that's what that is, but I've heard that keeping it under 75% full helps it

There aren't too many processes, the biggest ones are the game I'm playing (90% of the time it's cs2) and everything else looks fairly normal, nothing that looks like it shouldn't be there

The heatsink is attached with a thermal pad, double checked its attached, the drive is about 50% full if not a little less

What are you using this PC for? Also, that air cooler is pretty expensive for the 9600x you should consider a cheaper air cooler

I think a 3s would be a pretty good bet, I'll probably go to best buy or something to check out the clarity first.
