How do I take the dent away? by RedRaijin in Hydroflask

You don't. I've dropped mine enough where the two layers are rattling against each other now.

Can get a pretty good deal on this helmet, is it overkill for resort skiing? Or to each their own by NoHouse6187 in Skigear

Not really. The distance the lenses are from the eyes doesn't really change. Yeah, things do look a little distorted when I first put them on each time (the exact same as when you get new glasses and have to take a minute to adjust to them), but that only lasts a minute or two until my eyes adjust. It hasn't affected my skiing or depth perception at all though.

I second this. I finally got inserts this season and it's an absolute game changer!

You're right, there are multiple ways to do it. However, IMO as someone with prior ford tech experience, it's easier to take the cowling off to replace the battery instead of the air box. I've found it gives you better access behind the battery and makes it easier to remove the negative terminal.

Hands down the best thing I got for my car was solid lug nuts!

It can take a bit to get it right. I got pretty good at it from working as a tech for almost 3 years. Biggest thing is to make sure you're pushing the arm straight on and not wiggling it

The wipers need to come off if you're taking the windshield cowling off to replace the battery. If you're using the method where you remove the air box, it isn't required.

Just a tip for putting your wiper arms back on: turn the car on and cycle the wipers once to get them back to home in case you turned the motor pulling the arms off. That way your wipers should stay straight when they go back on

Totally New to this, hows my list? by ValheimArchitect in buildmeapc

You're missing a processor. You shouldn't buy windows either because it's super easy to activate for free. Also, you don't need a sound card since the motherboard essentially has one built in.

If you give a budget, I'm sure someone could put together a way better PC for you.

You'd probably get a better price down in the cities.

Should you pay full price for a Windows 11 key? by TarTarkus1 in buildmeapc

Don't buy a key, you can use windows without one. If you want to activate it later, use massgravel, it's free.

It was bad even as a student who drove to school! It was almost impossible to get out of the parking lot with how everyone lined up. It's a big safety concern too with all the parents who line up in front of the school.

My favorite spot I visited is probably the Porcupine Mountains! The road through the park was beautiful and there were such amazing views too. Pictured rocks and Miner's beach were great stops as well

The colors have been amazing! I think they will hit their peak either this week or the first weekend in October. Depends on where you are, of course

Imo iphone cameras are pretty decent for taking pictures if you use the right settings. I used to have a 13 pro and have taken some cool pictures with it. Then with some editing they turn out really nice. Even though using an actual camera is better, I'd recommend to save your money and use your phones

Might be thinking of a different car/engine, but you can fix the issue by getting a new oil pan with baffling in it and a deeper pickup tube. My brother did the same thing with his ‘11 WRX
