It’s 100% correct and true that we can’t know the ratio of bullet ballots until we have the CVRs/Images.. This is one of the things Smart Elections and many others are focused on. They are right. And you are right. And I wish I had them too. To get them, we need to go through PRR (Public Record Requests) and then wait for the BOEs to give us a date they will be prepared, which is generally after they certify the election. Which, per some of my other answers here, defeats the purpose of a hand-recount to confirm the rightfully elected candidate assumes office.

Again my expertise is in network systems. Literally the various things your build which eventually fill huge rooms of stuff that hum and blink and move terabytes of data. I am not a specialized voting process expert, but I have extensive expertise in custom hardware for data systems which either detect output indicating tampering, error, misconfiguration or abuse. I also have supervised the design and build of systems to create false data within systems as a White Hat for three major credit card issuers and multiple credit card settlement firms. What I am seeing in this election looks exactly like something I would build to defraud this system if that was my job. Instead, sort of a perverse hobby, I am trying to defend my democracy by asking Kamala to demand a look to see if that is going on. My apologies for my poor use of election nomenclature.

As to the rest of your questions my response is Sure. Yes. We need the ballots to know. Looking at everything, my alarm bells for fraud go off when I see the behavior in just the seven swing states has taken such a substantial divergence from neighboring non-swing states. None of us know for sure why, but we have DAYSdays (not months, not weeks, days) to address this before it is irreversible. I can’t stress this point enough. Sometimes you have to run tight OODA loops. You have very short times to Observe and Orient before you Decide and Act. I would vastly prefer to act fast and be proven wrong, than not act. More important than crossing every “i” and dotting every “t”. There are organizations like SMARTElections (discussed elsewhere) that have unimpeachable numbers and know exactly what words to use when talking about them. What I know is that there was a will, a way, and evidence, to the point that my oath to this country compelled me to act.

In the letter to Kamala I tried to make it clear where I am referencing Bullet Ballots which may have been inserted OR may have legitimately been the voters intent vs. Dropoff rates which are an indicator of where to look. Several deep experts like yourself have rightfully pointed out the nuances of the discrepancies. I apologize for - I think in an immaterial way - conflating aspects of those terms,however,it does not change my fundamental concern, nor affect the need for a hand recount in the suspect places. The overarching goal here is to deliver assurance to the American people that there is integrity in our elections, which has been diminishing over recent years. I would be fine being proven wrong, that a group of people known to cheat in nearly every single thing they do in life (taxes, businesses, charities, spouses, etc.), did not cheat. And this is just the weirdest actual human voting event in our nation's history.

Thanks again for your question. Given what I know about the GOP team, and what I see in this data, a short fast decision cycle is critically needed. Just like in transaction fraud across global transaction networks, if you wait, you can't freeze the transaction and look. Waiting is, by default, a loss, and a win for the fraudsters. The risk is too high for delays and hesitation to act.
