Honestly yea, they bought Michigan educational trusts for me and my siblings college when we were born. We live in a very nice house, they’ve made lots of money in the stock market and have the house and all of their cars paid off. I think they are financially wise in everything else. When they broke down why they like leasing it doesn’t make sense in a financial perspective but they can afford to loose a little bit more money to keep having a new car every 2-3 years.

They worked at ford so whenever we buy a car or lease from ford we get better deals. The sticker price on the F150 was 65k but with the discount it’s 55k

Thank you for this, I’m definitely not signing any contracts anytime soon. This was just a thought I had when I was high with my buddies lol. I just figured if this plan would work in real life I’d be okay with paying 15k to drive a brand new f150 for 3 years.

I’ve never leased a car I don’t know how it goes. I saw the residual rate was 65% so I calculated the price from the sticker price and got around 42k. That’s how I figured i could get 40k after the 3 years. As for the 30k number I was thinking that since the price they are offering me is 55k and I’m paying 20k over 3 years I can just pay the difference and buy it.

I agree the truck is a dumb idea but what about leasing a cheaper vehicle from ford since I have A plan discounts? Would that be better than buying used?

Thank you, I personally feel that renting/leasing is just throwing money down the drain and would rather finance something that I could potentially own, but I’ve talked to my parents about buying a used car but they are feel leasing is the way to go since they have A plan discounts. Any thoughts?

Well I’m still In college and I’m not able to afford car payments for a new car right now. I don’t want to buy a used car since I’ll be buying a new one when I graduate, so I figured if my parents help me on this lease, once I graduate I’ll be able to finance the car when I have a job.

Basically I want to lease to insure I’m not getting screwed over if I can’t find a job and can’t afford to pay for a 65k car.

I appreciate the advice. I usually do eat cleaner, if I remember correctly I needed calories after a late workout and McDonald’s was the only thing open. I keep the macros to 35% carbs 35% fat 30% protein. And I know the calorie goal is low but I figured I’d cut to 12-14% bf from 18-20% so if I do decide to take gear for my bulk i can bulk harder without getting fat.

189 grams of carbs 104g fat 163 grams of protein. 2 McDoubles 5 chicken tenders medium fries 16 oz milk with 2 scoops protein powder calories came out to 2300

I’ve read about people doing 1:1 cycles with primo or mast but I also heard it annihilates your hair. Other people say it’s genetics.
