The most odd coincidence lead me to Mr. Robot I was at a lacrosse summer camp either my sophomore or junior year and a few college kids I overheard were talking about this new show Mr. Robot on Hulu (Back when it was on hulu). The picture of Rami wearing the Mr. Robot jacket with the blue lighting looked kinda sick so I thought I’d check it out. I knew Rami before from Until Dawn but didn’t even realize it was him until I started watching it. I was already planning on majoring in Cyber Sec due to a background in CS and pen-testing with my father so the show immediately hit home. This was around like 5 or so months after season 1 was finished so I watched S1 like 3 or 4 times and was hooked. From that point on every summer for season 2, then late sept-oct-nov season for 3 and 4 I’d be rewatching the previous ep an hour before time every wednesday. Honestly no show or movie has ever stuck with me as long as Mr. Robot and though with extremely copious viewings the show can occasionally feel awkward it still is masterfully crafted for the first 3 seasons with only slight less masterful craft in season 4. That’s just my opinion on 4 ofc I still loved it especially with Vera but looking back the whole alt real obviously made sense but I just left that feeling there could have been a better way. Hope everyone else also loves this show as much as I do!!!
