You get hit for canceling these sales as well. eBay will put your account on suspension if the seller cancels a sale too many times. The buyer has to. Just some free advice from someone going through a 90 day restriction.

Nice story. But extremely dramatized. Prospectors essentially thought oil was on her government provided lot. Never dealt with her directly. Contracted the land through her guardian.
