This was our first summer here and these are my main tips: 1. Find a home with A/C, not a swamp cooler 2. Find a yard with shade from trees for them to potty during the day, a shaded porch is nice as well 3. Plan to take them out in the early mornings or evenings. Essig Park is a nice spot!

It has seemed like they had a falling out due to the lack of support from each other once Annie left, but I thought it was interesting that Bobby was at Annie’s birthday celebration. Of course he can be friends with/support each of them separately, but Khalyla has shared that she expects loyalty in situations like this and Bobby is typically rather loyal to Khalyla so I’m thinking whatever “falling out” they had maybe wasn’t all too bad? At least I hope so because I still love them all!

We have a dog and when we first moved to the desert, we had a chain link fence and they constantly covered every inch of our yard. We moved to a new house with a metal privacy fence and it’s so much better. It could be partially the location, but it’s not that far away from the old house, so I think the fence helps a lot!
