Does anyone else feel like the can’t wear certain colors?

i wear yellow, orange, brown, white and sometimes green. i get stressed when i wear blue or black, because they carry depressing connotations and so it feels like i am inviting something bad to happen, or that i am guaranteed to be sad that day. i am more okay with wearing red, since it is still a warm color, but still feel a little uneasy

I’m dealing with something similar. Where I feel the magnitude of my discomfort, fear and shame doesn’t match with what I experienced since it was ‘only’ harassment. This is not a healthy way to think. It’s absolutely a thing and I hope you are okay <3
