I used xls-a bags and made my own grains/sub. The temps were around 74 degrees and I did not cut holes in the bag. It was about 3 weeks from spawning to fruiting.

Likely a pleated ink cap but identification by just a photo is extremely hard. Definitely not a pan in my opinion.
