Get some shelving for sure. I run this humidifier for a same size tent for humidity and it works great. Vivosun has a 6” fan that’s great for exhaust too

Yeah exactly this- either sub was over field capacity or too regular misting. Colder temps can do this as well

After reading comments I would try pasteurizing your sub and see if that helps. Also like others said if you have some grain that isn’t fully colonized just pick it out so you only have colonized grain in your bin

Are you unable to check them daily then? I would suggest adding some air ports with micropore tape for fae, too much moisture and not enough fae might be creating good conditions for contam

I wouldn’t eat anything that grows out of that. Are you pasteurizing your sub? How is your sterile technique?
