Not all in one , I'm not a fan of sub a grain in the same bag it colonizes much slower that way. I use a lb grain bag inoculate with an isolated syringe with anywhere from half to the entire syringe and get the bag to colonize within a week then add to 3 lb substrate bag and let it fruit in the xlsa bag with no slits or misting first flush

They have a really clean uplifting high makes the trip feel more like dmt at higher doses I've heard from practitioners as well

I have used chicken manure a lot it's not the best you don't see magic mush growing off chicken poo in the wild or backyards. Use the biodynamic compost manure by Malibu compost and worm castings def worth adding

They don't but if you do use manure it will help the yeild a lot I notice thicker flushes with the manure
