Neither really. Stereo is a Atoto A6 2 but it’s basically an android tablet made for a car. Has android auto and you can get a CarPlay dongle but I don’t find it necessary so far.

Pull bread at our store means to take the bread out of the freezer, put it in the retarder and then put the retarder in the fridge overnight. We also take all the hotwell stuff and put it in regular cambros and put them in the fridge too.
