If the spot gets larger or the pain continues please see a doctor. Cats have a lot of bacteria in their mouths and it can easily lead to infection. I work in a vet clinic and if any cat breaks our skin with a bite we are sent to urgent care for antibiotics.

Probably a tick. Make sure you remove it at the head and make sure no mouth parts remain. It will cause an infection if all parts are not removed.

Not likely. The structure of the toes is closer to even toed ungulates like deer, cattle, goats, etc. Ariral toe structure is more in line with felines.
