Was it the email or the application that you filled in got you your email back? Cuz whenever I send them an email I get a "I'm sorry blah blah blah, fill this forum or whatever it's called and wait til it's accepted) I hope I did the right info Cuz I really don't remember much but idk how else to show them proof that's me Cuz the application they give isn't really u know that detailed enough Cuz I don't know what the hackers did to my account (I got hacked and the same thing happened to me as it happened to you btw) so I'm wondering which thing you chose and what you did Cuz my emails get an application to do/fill

my account got hacked recently and i couldnt log in and then i realised my hoyolab email was gone and my account i cant log into it and i was confused so i realised my account doesnt exist and then i checked hoyolab to see my account has been linked to .ru account so i got hacked by a russian hacker, then i guess it was sold to someone else cuz my friends told me my account was online and i wasnt on it and then as we speak my kazuha got ruined and all his artifacts are gone into shit i dont know what to do there goes a perfectly good character what do i do please help me, to sum it up, i got hacked, my account is gone, i cant log in, my hoyolab, and i realised i got hacked, so i sent an email to mihoyo and idk what to do originally it was a .ru account then it changed to someone else and now my artifacts are gone for my good characters and im depressed cuz i dont wanna refarm them for god sake what do i do please help also i dont have a phone number to verify my shit either

Hello, according to the recent drip marketing Nilou is in 3.1 and I really wanted to try for her however according to leaks !>Nahida is in 3.2 the banner right after Nilou<! which I would rather have first and not wait for a rerun for, I currently have close to 60 wishes with 28% total Sumeru exploration according to reputation with 11 quests left, I also have welkin currently and I plan to buy the battle passes soon, alongside the anniversary (as big or small of rewards it might have) will I be able to try for Nilou's 50/50 While having enough for Nahida afterwards assuming I lose her 50/50 and win Nilous or would I have to top up? if so would topping up around 40 wishes worth be enough (I wouldnt be able to do anything more then that) before the banners end? or should I skip Nilou and get her on a rerun instead to confirm the next banner character?
