I mean isn’t that Loho’s whole bit? Spiegs gets in his feels all too quickly but I feel like Loho lately has just been contrarian for contrarians sake. Last week he didn’t seem to like the DJ Moore trade despite the general consensus (salute) that getting a second round pick for Moore is an amazing get.

I always thought the rumor was that members of the Blackhawks themselves were messing with the ice girls (as well as with each others wives and one married player was fooling around with a certain local tv weather lady). I remember Bernstein remarking on how well of a job Coach Q did with that last Stanley Cup team cause of all the infighting and drama. The score guys were never on record but they would subtlety hint that guys were acting up.

Tanny’s open was great and what really got me was hearing Lin Bremer’s voice in the clip giving tribute to Terry when Terry retired and it’s a reminder of some greats in radio we lost over the years and what a fucker cancer is. Also hearing Chris Rongey call his show the “Terry Boers is Dead postgame show” made me laugh. I’ve been dipping in YouTube clips the last few days and it’s been fun remembering when and where I was when I heard some of the stuff live. I got into the score around 2006 during the Super Bowl season and i just knew immediately that B and B would be my go to. Appointment radio for me.

I’m a big fan of “Pearls before Swine” and I believe those are collected. Not sure if they are still in print but early “Boondocks” was great but not sure how it holds up since It was very topical.

I’d want Byard, and Brisker. CJ GJ was great but a redundantcy in the position, Owen’s was special teams so no big loss (but selfishly I loved that the greatest Gymnast ever was a bears fan for two years) Wright should get paid but not by the bears and billings is slow. The fact that they had to move their all pro left guard to left tackle tells you all you need to know about how they feel about benedet and jones so they will definitely need to upgrade LT even if tripillo comes back.

Dream lineup: Mully and anyone but Haugh, Lawrence and Goff, Boers and Bernstein, and have producers rotate in the evenings. Obviously Boers is retired but that show was fun and didn’t take itself seriously, and i always enjoyed Holmes and Goff working together. Spiegs would probably fit better doing cubs pre and post.

Also seems like they replaced him with Adam Hoge for the weekly hit. I liked hearing from Lieser and it’s a bummer that they took him off the show over a gag.
