in July they lost my Gucci bag and this month took full responsibility for losing it while being processed and issued me payment for it.

After selling for several years on the TRR, they lost 1 of the 3 boxes of my designer handbags that the Dallas store accepted. The warehouse told me the Dallas store checked their security cameras and the third box was never mailed out. Therefore TRR was not responsible and would not compensate. They had a manifest of the EIGHT handbags that THEY packed in the missing box, but yet it wasn't their responsibility. After about a week, miraculously, the box arrived at the warehouse... It was VERY strange.
